Advanced Design Software in International Level
Realland is in possession of many kinds of advanced software for electric motor:
"AMCAD "(Developed by Realland): AC Motor Electromagnetic Design Software, design the parameters and sizes, and simulate the performance of the motors. It covers three or single phase motor, single/double speed, variable frequency variable speed, radial or axial magnetic field, etc.
"WindingCAD" (Developed by Realland) : AC Motor Winding Design Software, it could draw many kinds of winding types, and could take their harmonious analysis.
"Maxwell 2D/3D" Software, a International Class FEA(Finite Element Analysis) Software. It could calculate and analyze electro-magnetic field / electro-magnetic force, and thermo-stress, etc.
"VellumCAD, CAXA 3D", Mechanical, Structure design software, and technics design Software.

Quality Assurance System

RealLand has built ISO9001 Quality Assurance System in all stages from designing, manufacturing up to service. RealLand does the three classes Inspection system for all process of materials receiving; manufacture processing and final products testing (IQC, PQC and FQC).
Realland´s products have a good traceability from material to finial products by ERP system and inspecting-equipment. Each of stators and final products will be inspected by computer-based auto-test equipment, and the records will be kept in for good traceability.
Realland has two channels to control the quality. When a NG part is find out, the first channel is to solve the problem and let the production go on. The second channel is to investigate the roots of the bug and make a preventive method.

Understanding for the Electric Motors
1。Motor is a functional part between frequency converter/drive and machines and it plays an important role in improving the performance of machines, functions, reducing cost and decreasing its structure. With the maturity of frequency converter technology, as our motors standing between the upriver and downriver, if we could deeply analyze and understand its characteristics, we could develop valuable projects for our customers. We are obliged to explore it.
